I love making breakfast for my honey!  Sour dough toast with thick sliced bacon done on the griddle and over-medium eggs  sprinkled with sharp cheddar cheese cooked in the 8″ gourmet skillet.  Eggs are so easy to cook in the gourmet skillets!
