These are so easy to make and delicious! Enjoy them!
Basic Coconut Macaroons
325 degrees / 20-25 min.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1- 14 oz. package sweetened shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients (except the coconut) until fully combined. Fold in the coconut.
2. Scoop a heaping T of the coconut mixture about 1″ apart on the
baking sheet.
3. Using your fingers, form balls into pyramids.
4. Bake until macaroons are golden brown around the edges.
5. Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
6. Transfer to rack and finish cooling completely.
